This Heavy duty belt tensioner is manufactured by one of the largest original equipment tensioner suppliers to insure proper fit and performance. This tensioner is produced for serpentine belt routing applications and is made of high strength steel for improved life and durability. This tensioner has been redesigned from the original OE design to increase life & durability. This tensioner has a 6304 ball bearing proven to last longer than a 6203 or even 6303 conventional bearing, higher damping consequently reducing arm motion and wear as well as an optimized install feature for ease on tensioner replacement. This tensioner fits 2011-2016 Freightliner, Business Class M2, Cummins ISB Diesel, Tensioner Assembly.
